My homemade pizza

My homemade pizza

Dah byk recipe pizza melalui internet yg saya cuba, tapi saya rasa resepi ni yg terbaik lah. Lembut dan gebu. Resipi ni sesuai jugak utk buat roti nan, just canaikan dan goreng dgn sedikit butter/margerine atas pan, api sederhana.

Pizza Stuff Crust

Dough Base :

1/2 tsp dry yis (mauripan)
60ml UHT milk
45 ml lukewarm water
1tsp sugar
1tsp plain flour

180g plain flour
1/2tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
1/2 tbsp margarine

Filling :

2 – 3 tbsp tomato paste

Slice thinly :

1/2 red capsicum
1/2 green capsicum
1 Bombay onion, sliced thinly into rings
2 chicken sausages, sliced
1 can of button mushroom sliced
3-4 slices beef pepperoni
200g grated mozzarella cheese
Dash of ground black pepper
Dash of Italian Herbs

Method:

To Make dough base, sprinkle yeast granules over lukewarm water. Add a sprinkling of sugar an a little flour and set aside for about 10 – 12 minutes.

Sift flour into mixing bowl. Add sugar nd salt to mix. make a well in the centre, pour in the frothy yeast mixture and add in the milk. Mix together and knead until a smooth dough is formed. Leave aside and cover with a damp tea towel.

When the dough doubles in size, punch down the dough and leave aside again for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll out dough into a round piece about 3mm thick. Put the piece of round flat dough onto a lightly greased baking tray. Prick the base of the dough with a fork.

Brush the base of the dough with the tomato paste. Spread the sliced vege around the dough. Add sliced sausage and ham and sprinkle liberally with grated mozarella cheese. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and Italian herbs.

Bake pizza in a preheated oven at 180’C for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown in colour. Remove pizza from oven, cut with a pizza cutter and serve immediately.

Savings Vs Investing

"Saving and investing are two different things. When you save you earn interest, when you invest, your money makes money. Saving is for the short term, investing is for the long term. When you combine saving and investing, you’re not only setting money aside, you’re also putting your money to work for you."
